Step One

Step Two

In-Home Consultation & Measurement

We come to your home at a scheduled time — and we show up when we say we will. During the visit, we measure every opening precisely, assess the existing frames, and walk you through your product options. We use ProVia's entryLINK visualization tool to show you exactly how different window styles, colors, and configurations will look on your home before you commit to anything.

What is entryLINK? ProVia's visualization software lets us load a photo of your home and digitally place new windows and doors so you can see the finished result before ordering. Most homeowners find this extremely helpful in picking the right product and color.
Step Three

Custom Order & Manufacturing

Once you approve the final quote, we place a custom order directly with ProVia. Every window is manufactured to your home's exact rough-opening measurements — not cut down from a standard size. This ensures a precise fit, better insulation performance, and a cleaner finished look. Lead times are typically 3–6 weeks depending on the product line and season.

We'll confirm your installation date as soon as we receive your order confirmation from ProVia. You'll have a fixed date on the calendar before your windows ship.
Step Four

Professional Installation

Our crew arrives at the agreed time with all materials needed to complete the job in a single visit for most projects. We protect your interior, remove the old windows, install the new units with proper shimming and flashing, apply interior and exterior trim, and seal everything with high-performance weatherproofing. We work cleanly — all debris is removed before we leave.

Typical timelines: A single window takes 45–90 minutes. A whole-home project (8–12 windows) is typically completed in one full day. We'll give you a specific estimate based on your project during the in-home consultation.
Step Five

Final Walkthrough & Warranty Registration

Before we pack up, we walk through every installed window with you — checking operation, locks, screens, seals, and finish quality. We explain how to operate and maintain your new windows, and we register your ProVia warranty on your behalf. You'll receive your warranty documentation and our direct contact information for any questions down the road.

We don't consider the job done until you're satisfied with every detail. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot.
